WinSSS

WinSSS is a Windows-based program for simulating stochastic spatial models that are individual based, have discrete special structure, and continuous time.

These are commonly referred to as Interacting Particle Systems (IPS) and asynchronously-updated Probabilistic Cellular Automata (PCA).
